Loguya Matthew is on a Godly call on the mission and Safe Water offering field to the unreached societies in East Africa. He is a self-driven and motivated leader. With over ten years of experience, Loguya has a proven record of implementing practical ways for Ministry and water programs that offers holistic transformations to disadvantageous societies in the region.
Loguya’s proficiency to connect conventionally unrelated ideas and build meaningful relationships between communities, empower individuals to provide sustainable services for their communities. Loguya’s ability to communicate with all stakeholders engages the entire team and drives sustainability projects to completion.
Loguya envisions Feat Africa as Bring Safe Water to the unreached societies and he is excited to lead Feat Africa into its succeeding phase of impact and development. Prior to founding FEAT Africa and serving as the Executive Director, Loguya served as a Project technician, Project Supervisor, Project Manager at Revival Water project, and Sanitation Coordinator at 4Africa a mission water well drilling company for 5 years as well as individual projects. Loguya holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration from the Team University (TU) of Kampala and a Diploma in Project Planning and Management from the Africa Population Institute (API).
Chebet Anne is an honest, committed, and result-oriented person, holding a master’s degree in human resource management plus a bachelor’s degree and second upper honors in development studies from a well-recognized institution of higher learning, Nkumba university, Entebbe Road, Uganda. She is a hard-working and competent human resource person willing and able to work in any kind of environment to deliver towards our organizational needs at all times.
Anne Chebet brings along to FEAT Africa vast experience. Prior to joining FEAT Africa in April 2021, Anne worked with Kampala University in South Sudan as a senior lecturer in the department of business and social economics, GCEL Consultancy Juba, South Sudan as a Consultant in policy making and review, Kongor Development Association Juba, South Sudan as Program officer, Norwegian People Aid as Media monitor.
Before joining Feat Africa, Charles worked as an accountant at Property Services Ltd (PSL), a Senior Lecturer in various Universities such as Cavendish university from 2013 – 2015, Stamford International University College South Sudan from 2016 – 2017, Kampala university Juba branch from 2016 – 2022 and NYG General Trading & Constructions. He holds a Master’s degree in business administration specializing in account and finance, a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cavendish University, diploma in business studies from YMC Comprehensive Institute. Charles accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior in 2000 with Watoto Church Kampala. I have been yearning to work in an organization that put God first, and that can rebuild my faith in God. I can now perfect my soul, and get to know God every day.
Duku Francis joined Feat Africa as a volunteer in 2017 and returned for career advancement. In January 2018, he rejoined Feat Africa serving as Procurement. While serving, Francis coordinates our operations in Koboko, Arua, and Aru-DRC. Francis was awarded a Diploma of Procurement and Logistics Management from Nile Institute of Management Studies – Arua, Uganda in December 2017. Francis has a passion for learning to serve God. Francis and Robina live in Koboko with their 1 child.
