HANDWASHING FACILITIES

100 handwashing facilities has been distributed to churches, mosques, homes of persons with disabilities and health centers in Koboko as measures to combat spread of COVID-19 and help in the re-opening of churches and mosques. 

Keeping hands clean is one of the most important steps we can take to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others. Many diseases and conditions are spread by not washing hands with soap and clean, running water. Feces from people or animals is an important source of microbes like Salmonella, Worms.
